Some of the studios are adapted for people with reduced mobility. 

Designed with a day space on the first floor and a night space on the first floor, the duplex apartments have a surface area of 70 m2. Open to the outside, the living space with living room and kitchen extends onto a large patio.  A large bathroom and two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first one is furnished with a queen size bed and the second one with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed.
