The Costa Nera Beach House apartments are available at 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. In case of early arrival or late departure, we provide a luggage room, a fridge and a courtesy room with shower, toilet, and hairdryer. 

The apartments are handed over with made beds and linen. A weekly housekeeping service is included in the rental price for stays of more than 7 nights (sheets and towels are changed). A cleaning assistance is possible during the stay on request, at a cost of 60€ for a studio apartment and 90€ for a duplex apartment. We also offer cleaning packages:

You will be required to make a deposit on arrival by credit card or check. It is fixed at 600€ and will be returned after the inventory of fixtures. This deposit can be used in the following cases: apartment returned in an unacceptable state, deterioration, lost key. 

The apartments are strictly non-smoking. Animals are prohibited in the residence. To ensure the respect of everyone’s peace and quiet, we ask you to keep the maintain the quiet. 

Flexible cancellation policy:

- No charge for cancellations up to 14 days before your arrival

- Balance due if cancelled less than 14 days before your arrival

Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
